    • We align the organizational design to strategy. Organization (roles & responsibilities, decision rights, reporting lines, connections, rewards strategies) should always support your strategy. We have the tools and the insights to help you design an organization that fits like a glove.

  • Competency-based HR models

    • We build and modify and update competency-based Human Resources models. From the initial definition and selection of core competencies to the assessment process. We can define the development strategies for each of the competencies as well as the creation and delivery of selected training activities associated with the selected competencies.

  • Change management 

    • We have a set of true and tested tools and techniques to initiate, pull through, and sustain organizational change. From clear communications of the change rationale, going through the process of involving people in the decision-making process, or by ensuring the required rhythm or cadence in the change effort, all the way to adjusting and aligning reward structures and incentives with the change effort.​

  • Performance indicators

    • ​We identify what is important to you, to your business; we understand the metrics and the data behind the metrics. We build the KPI’s – following Balanced Score Card methodology – and we build them easy to understand, calculate, and act upon them. We drive the ‘socialization’ of the KPI’s throughout the organization (as appropriate) and gain buy-in from your collaborators and staff.

    • Cadence, discipline, rhythm. Operational excellence from the get-go. Excellent strategy means nothing without execution. Execution requires attention, discipline, change, and more discipline.  

    • We build accountability into the execution process. We match responsibility and work with authority and expertise.

  • Performance audits

    • We help you understand how well are you performing against your benchmarks. Are you doing it with consistency? How well are you living your mission? Are you getting closer to your vision? How committed are your people? Are your key processes yielding results as expected?

    • We can tailor the audits to the areas in which you are feeling pain. We do so in a systemic way. On many occasions, we’ve discovered the pain is just a symptom of a ‘hidden source’.

  • Performance management 

    • ​The best organizations have two-three things in common: Great people (Aces), in key roles (places), with motivating goals. We utilize our Management Assessment Process tool to discover talent and match it with specific organizational roles – now and potential career paths – and we use our Strategic Tool for Excellent Performance (STEP) to clarify and set performance expectations and link it to the reward/recognition structure.
