Superlatives are insufficient to express how outstanding Gianni Tomassi is as a Consultant. I worked with him over serval years while on an expatriate assignment with ADL He was intrinsic to developing ADLV's Human Capital consulting practice in Venezuela and Peru. Gianni's time as a Senior Advisor was coveted by clients, peers, and managers. His thoughtful' fact-based approach to his engagements was augmented by an outstanding work ethic and selflessness on behalf of others. He approached challenging situations with aplomb and humor that in many instances kept our level of effort on point. I followed his career on global assignments with ADL and in his current role.
